another et prob :(

hey! hope that i will get some answers here due to my et problems.

1st, when i start playing et it runs normally whatsoever but after 10-20 minutes i get a pop-up saying "memory could not be read" and then i press ok and i get down to windows, doesnt matter if i restart my computer or anything, i still get the same problem after a while. tried reinstalling et today after i got the same problem but it didnt solve it :-/


2nd, after every round i need to minimize ET otherwise it crashes and will go down to windows :-[ doesnt bugg me much but if there is a solution that will fix it i´d love it :)
