mouse/usb problems

so once again i have a problem with my mouse.

i did a format today and was gonna swicth the usb rate to 250 when my mouse suddenly froze, i made a reboot and it still wasn't moving.. the "laser lamp" is still lit but the mouse ain't moving, only works with ps2.

so does anyone know a solution that will make my mouse work with usb again?

its a comon bug. Download latest microsoft USB legacy restore patch.

Reinstall originall drivers afterwards otherwise it will stay fucked. All credit for this explanation goes to Raziel and mama Rosa.
