why does my monitor hz rate just change from 75 back to 60?

i guesss ur win resolution is higher than in the game ... the higher u have the less hz are, which makes that hz default and in games if u dont force em up they will stay default... every time exec ur autoexec with /r_displayrefresh xx (ur case 75) or just pull ur win resolution down on ur game resolution...
