Looking for this lounge(?) song

Yesterday i heared this sweet song, but i can't find it.

I think it's a Lounge/acid jazz song. I heared it before so it might be famous, I'm not sure. A sax starts playing after like 10-15 seconds

I know i can't say much about the song so the chances of finding it are low, but i really can't tell much more. I've been looking for 45 mins now and still didn't foud it so i hope you guys can help.
