Pause Problem

Hi,

When I type /pause or /unpause I receive the following error :

QuotePause : " "
Unpause : " "


I tried editting them manually ingame, or changing it in the config, didn't immediatly help me. Does anyone have any ideas?

probably somewhere in your cfg it has

set pause ""
set unpause ""

can fuck up your cmds with that :/


e: solution: type /cmd pause instead of just normal /pause same applies for unpause

I mean if you do /set pause "' it will create a new so called cmd or idk but it you can test it yourself

do /set pause "" and then type pause + tab you'll see 2 pauses (one original cmd and other one is nothing)

a new commandvariable or cvar and yes you are right.
People have loads op depriciated or even non-exsistend cvar's in their cfg's, I noticed it when I looked up the list of cvars in etpro/etmain and compared them to what I had in my cfg.
sv_screenshake, for example, is a very common and redundant cvar which is still in most cfg's.

cfg's on itself are placebo's :P
It's skill that matters 99%, cfg might be 1% at best.

So when u type a command to pause a game, the console gives u a command back that says " Pause: "" "

?

is the game paused after the command value input, can ur teammates pause, does that happen on a certain server or everywhere , pbservers slacservers ... etc...

get thoes facts up and u might get helped, since u just got fl4md h4rd3

I have a pause problem too, whenever a hostile team pauses and you ask "sup with the pause?" they start insulting you or act retarded. Ive tried being nice and calling names but nothing seems to help, what can I do????

My pause problem is more annoying. When I pause on supply the crane with gold keeps moving, wtf?
