Alienware cup update

So we decided to change the starting time of the cup to 18:00 CET now as too many teams complained that 17:00 CET is too early. This is the best starting time we can offer so we hope it helps.

Just updating via here since main post got pushed down too far and doubt any1 still reads it now ^^

Would like to see a minimum of 32 teams so gogo signup :)
