es gibt typen/organisationen, die sich darauf verstehen trends der nächsten jahre vorher zu sagen. ich habe als beispiel mal die verblüffend korrekte vorhersage unseres heutigen internets und des desktop PCs genutzt. beide sind über 20 jahre alt und damit ungeheuerlich nach an der wahrheit.
im englischen gibt es dafür den ausdruck "trend watching" und für die leute ggf "futurists".
die frage ist, ob es solche "visionäre" auch in deutschland gibt oder ob das alles die destatis für uns erledigt.

edit: about the tablet pc's thats nothing new to me imo .. coz they was allready tablet PCs on market but it just failed ... apple came back with it and made good marketing + it was time for it after the iPhones which was a " Pre project " for the tablets also.. but good thinkin in the 90's :-)

the remarkable thing about that PC, or should i call it mac, is that it shows a graphical desktop with a trashcan with windows sliding around and video chats and live feeds and stuff like that while PCs at that time had nowhere near the computing capabilities for that, it was all about entering text. the main flaw is ofc the voicecontrol as we dont use that every day.
