cant boot from cd anymore

hi guys,
i would like to format my pc but the problem i have i cant boot from CD ROM anymore... when i go in BIOS to select CD ROM in 1st boot device it just shows "HDD:PM...." and "Disabled"...
there is no option to choose CD ROM...
so i cant install windows 7/XP...
i would be very thankful if anybody can help since i dont have any clue what to do.

maybe i have buy new one...
windows isnt fitting on a 1 gb usb stick isnt it? since i only have 1 gb usb stick... or is there a version for that?!?!
Follow the guide there, cba copy pasting the contents. Works out just over 300MB for the files "usb edition" of XP, though could easily get win7 done too just with ~8GB stick. I've used the exact one in the link on kingston 1GB so all good!
