x264 help pls

i want to encode an uncompressed .avi file to a comprimated x264 .avi file
i just can find shit downloads that dont work :(
somebody has a link or smth for me pls

if I understood you correctly you need megui , http://kent.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/megui/MeGUI.NETv2.0_Bins_0.2.3.2177.zip
