Past 3 days has been really good weatherwise, here where I live its been a stable +17 degrees all day every day. Today it's been even hotter, probably because theres no blowing wind. That means I can wear only my t-shirt and show everyone my biceps. ;-)
Speaking of biceps, going to the gym soon, light deadlifts and assistance work. Im going to attend my first powerlifting-competition at August :o Will be a great opportunity to embarrass myself!

my form is ba datm, some breaks, injuries and stuff-.-
my 1rm in benchpress is 85kg atm
i could laugh and cry how stupid i was few month ago but now i try to train like powerlifters
I know its hard to keep light weeks but they are really important.
monday: deadlift 5sets5reps; benchpress 5sets5reps; boardpress 3sets5reps; rack chins 5sets5reps; assistance work
wednesday: squats 5sets5reps; military press 5sets5reps, barbell rows 5sets5reps; assistance work
friday: SPEED day benchpress light weight and explosive 8sets 3 reps
boxsquats light weight and explosive 8 sets 3 reps
Week 1-3: 5x5
Deload
Week 4-6: 6x4
Deload
Week 7-9: 8x3
Only assistance exercise I do is rack deadlifts and narrow grip bench press.
btw how many are cm around your biceps? :D
but in case of powerlifting a big biceps should shut up and do some squats :D
