Ts3 sound problem.

My friend has a problem. When he connects to ts3, it shows that he is talking since he's blue button is flashing. But i can't hear him or neither can anyone else. When he tests hes mic in options it works, he can hear hes own voice.

Any solutions ?

i can only hear on the right side tried everything already..
