1. Find those mouse settings which fits you the best, it requies weeks, but worth it.
2. Make sure you have stable fps.
3. Use corner aiming to boost your aim, practise it for 5-10 minutes before you join up a server.

Do something similar what he does in the first some seconds, more corners not needed, 1 is enough.
btw, this was done by cheats.
