PC issue

Hello boys,

I'm actually encountering a problem with my brand new hdd. I plugged it, made it visible on the pc (control panel) and formated it and i can use it perfectly.

But i want to put 7 on it!

Everything's fine, but then when i go into the bios I can't make it boot first, it only proposes me to boot it on my old hdd. However it is recognized by the bios (can see my 2 HDD in the 1st or 2nd tab).

Thanks for the help!

why you cant put it on boot first at hdd priority if its shown and listed at your bios? noob! :D

e: is it 1 hdd with 2 os?! or 1 hdd for 1 oS?
actually, i want to boot my new one first, its shown in the bios yes, but not in the list (where u can pick which peripheral u wanna boot first) ! :-(

Check to see if your BIOS has a separate section just for the hard drives, I know the boot menu for mine will only list the first hard drive, whichever you have listed as the primary drive in the other list

that was the solution, just got aware of that before you posted, but thanks anyway!

put in your win7 cd install that shit on your new hdd and you'll see 2 os on startup
