still at Uni in Canterbury. I'm supposed to be graduating this year, not sure what I'll be doing at that point. Jack said he will come down sooner or later :D should be fun ;>
seen all except spirited away which the Jack I mentioned in the above post to Potty said was a very good film and he was doing a media studies course at Uni at the time :P
Will look to download that, but don't see anything less than 3GB atm :/
3GB? I found a torrent that was 1-1.5 i think, I never download anything above that..
It's a great movie though, as good as any pixar film I've seen! As for miyazaki's other movies they're not for everyone, but can be extremely good at times, depends how into the animation/story style you are
Another 'animated' movie worth checking out is Mary and Max... don't know many people who've seen it, but of the three of us who watched it, I loved it and thought it deserved all of its critical acclaim, one thought it was terrible, one fell asleep!

Black Book (great dutch movie)
Buried
City of God
Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind (My personal best ever)
Ip man
Sunshine
The Fighter
Personally I love Buried but I think it ain't a movie for everyone. The WHOLE movie is filmed inside a coffin. I actually thought it was amazing how the movie kept me interested. It's sort of a high suspense thriller like Sunshine. So I guess if you liked Sunshine you should atleast give this one a try.
You should know that Buried takes place entirely in a little box, yet never fails to entertain or gets boring. From a psychological perspective it's probably as strenuous as the other films, though.
Ip man 2 was sort of disappointing. The first 1 had a good story line and was somewhat emotional. The 2nd one was some english douche fighting chinese. And the acting was just laughable. Still good fighting scenes though.
Only seen the two you mentioned, liked them, but somehow never gotten around watching any of his movies, or finishing Dr. Strangelove (which I started but fell asleep and never gotten around to finishing it).
those numbers are where? Those given by viewers or critics?
Inception was almost as bad as shitter island...at least, in my book :()
Law Abiding Citizen is definately a better movie...so Im not sure what happened there :D
Black Adder the Third (season 3, by far and away the best season)
Dylan Moran - Monster
Dylan Moran - Like Totally
Bill Bailey - Part Troll
Das Boot ?
Dr Strangelove or: How... (recommending it again just for the sake...) Outfoxed - Rupert Murdoch's War on Journalism The Corporation The Planet The China Syndrome
Goodfellas?
Everest - Beyond the Limit (season 1 and 2)
How did you deduce that? Does my name say Seth MacFarlane is a funny man? I dont think so, it only says Seth MacFarlane. Nice talking shit based on air.
Most recently watched Moon, Avatar & Never Let Me Go. Moon was pretty chill, Avatar was visually entertaining but nothing new AT ALL, Never Let Me Go is everything a British film should be.
Most of these films I have got either by request or because of high rating/praise online so it might give you some ideas, dunno.
damn, effort seeding, unless you're doing it from a uni dorm connection? T'is all about usenet :P
I saw avatar in the cinema and it's worth the watch, just like Inception, very good cinema films but probably wouldn't watch them too many times at home.
Moon was good, nice story and very well acted for such a cheap poroduction.
'Never Let Me Go' seems to have pretty decent reviews, not the biggest fan of Knightly tho as she seems to be in a lot of loveydovey victorian shizzle.
I need to update me main movie listings as I have a lot of overlap with the list you posted although wtf is up with 'Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus' xD
tricks are good :> writing this from work on campus being a IT helpdesk monkey in the library. t'easy money.
