Virus need help :(!

I reinstalled mIRC twice now, but it gives this virus right after installing it already. I re-downloaded the setup as well and it still gives me an error. So I've got three questions, what kind of virus is this and how the hell did I get it (didn't click on any weird porn links ;x)? And how can I fix this?

Ok ik heb mn oude antivir gedelete en die geinstalleerd maar het is maar een demo en als ik nu mIRC installeer geeft hij de waarschuwing niet meer terwijl hij niets gedaan heeft (voor zover ik weet). Volgens mij heb ik gewoon nog het virus en heeft die demo versie me gewoon in de steek gelaten :(! Heb jij miss een key die ik kan gebruiken :<?

download latest antivir installer from their hp and reinstall antivir. worked for me

you won't solve it just by reinstalling mIRC :/

clean your computer first(use some nice detergent) and then install it again

zie maar dat het gefixt is tege vanavond, zou zonde zijn als je tege zp niet kan meedoen xD
