camtrace problem

e: when trying to re-install / repair its says "failed to initialize MSXML.DLL"

Hey, well i cant open camtrace for some reason... When i run it my mouse show that it loads then it just stops load and nothing happens. And when i open task manager there is a camtrace process running but i cant see it on my screen...

Have tried to uninstall and Run as admin, no luck there :-(

Any help would be awesomely appreciated :-)
