help! could not load op gl subsystem

im at twizzt playing on my laptop but cant use my cfg. getting could not load open gl subsytem error. Updated drivers already. Its my resolution, playing with smaller reso now but got black sidebars. Any1 got a solution for this?

add to your autoexec.cfg your r_customheight and r_customwidth

Problem : Need laptop/pc with working open gl system
