Guitar help!

Yo, usually i pick song up pretty fast when im learning them.
but i just seem to keep up with this one.
its not that hard or anything but i cant keep up with the rythm.
gimme sum tipz.

get yourself a metronome http://www.metronomeonline.com/

slow it down to half speed and then gradually increase the speed so you are comfortable keeping up

as you are practicing think one chord ahead so you can get your hand ready to go into the next position while playing the previous one..

Start with being sure to remember the notes you have to play. Turn of the music and see if you can play it without looking up the notes. Then just start slow and go faster graduately.
It's better to play it a bit slower & correct then to play it fast & make mistakes.

Oh ye and stroke pick up and downwards, altough this is doable with only downs. Just look what sounds right and what fits your playstyle.
