Hello,
6 months i bought a new laptop for school, 2weeks ago i broke my screen.
2weeks later: still broken... WHY? The company that should repair it ignores my mails, and if i call them, they say: YOU CAN SEND US AN E-MAIL.
ps: it's a dutch company!

No response -> Send a letter with conformation thingy ("aangetekende brief") In again a formal, firm tone. Usually they should help you then, otherwise file official complaints at whatever branch authority there is or someshit!
Remember to be very formal and firm in your communication, come across like you mean business but don't be emotional. Usually helps!

If you break it then they don't have to repair it at all.. The only thing you could do if you haven't told them that you've accidentaly broke it is to ask someone you know that has insurance to say they did it so you can get it repaired or at least the money of it's original price.
