isn't foreskin combined with Smegma?
it depends if you mean visible smegma or not. visible smegma = bad hygiene <-> not visible = normal

its a mixture of sperm, urin and sebum (your skin produces it). this mixture stinks if you dont clean your lill' fellow everyday. just google it, looks really nasty. both girls and guys (with forskin) have it
