less MB for avi? Prog. Super?

Someone tell me please how to get the avi to less mb, its up to 125mb right now. ty


OLD:
ive got a demo with pretty obvious wh from somebody i dont want to flame yet, before i dont have to avi, i need the cmd that shows all this white spots, and somebody who tells me how to fast forward a demo and how to stop & record it. ty - contact me at irc please #silentium

EDIT: OK, ive seen he/she is whing, need someone to make a decent avi!

Send it to someone who knows how to make a video clip. You know the rule: .avi or it didn't happen

r_shownormals 1. Get fraps when the moment occurs in demo press f9 to capture, when you dont wanna record press f9 again and it stops. continue this till you got enough evidence. This will make a few avi files. Then just go into movie making sofware, put them together and BAM theres your avi movie.
