Slac & win7

playing on a laptop (win7) for 2 weeks while i'm used to playing on a xp-desktop. When i ran slac-et for the first time i had to download all the maps that were already in etmain again. Additional downloaded maps in slac that i didn't have before in slacless et won't show up in etmain. Also my recorded demo's on slac don't show up in the normal etpro/demos. However, when i start et with slac i can see the demo's are still stored under replays and also i don't have to redownload any maps.

I heard this might have something to do with administrator rights while installing but was wondering if there is another (easier) workaround. And does anyone know where these slac-demos and maps got stored?

Sure sounds like you have 2 ET installs, doublecheck the game path in slac launcher.
i have 1 et installed and slac points towards the correct directory

If you have maps downloaded with slac that aren't in your etmain folder, you could just search your computer for those files, if they don't show up, they might be hidden or something. Can you see the files when you run ET without slac, even if you can't see them in the folder?

thanks! should've thought of that but was too tired. Managed to track it to

AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\etpro\demos

Guess it's no problem that it's in appdata as it's usually permanent for these kind of programs but still it's a bit odd.
