yeah if I am correct, you can get an ability to revive yourself, Or a medic throws you a syringe and you revive yourself and get up.

The second is definitely the case, don't know whether medics can revive themselves though (would seem overpowered).

On one of the earlier streams I seen him going through abilities and I seen a self revive. Maybe It meant buff your own health not sure.

if you're down to a low hp you fall to the ground, by buffing yourself you can get up again, so it's not really self-reviving tbh :P

yes, there is such an ability.

and from what i've heard it has an insanely cooldown and not even a 100% sucess chance.

i dont like the self revive, but i dont think its OP either.

wouldnt be able to tell honestly. thought it looked like it.
have been playing quite a bit of TFC but no TF2 (didnt like the comic look)
