Here's something for you guys. BrinkTV Day 1 Launch Event VODs! - a first taste of competitive play.

Yesterday was a great day and after awhile the theBRINK.tv even ran rather smoothly streaming several good scrims (5on5 - as it should be played according to SD, read more here) that kept Europeans up until 6 AM. For a first taste of Brink action, this is where you should look.

You might have to fast-forward every now and then but all in all, great broadcast to be a first. It looks like Brink might be great for competitive play.

hmm :p
looks better than etqw at least, but considering it's the etqw engine.. I don't see how it can be a very good game.. might get it since it's only 25 euros though.

was gonna say amazon.co.uk, but now I saw that free shipping is only for orders over £25, it costs £23.99 (:D), guess I'll have to look around then.

chad he's not playing computer games anymore.

"sweet" gelin, i dont know , he's busy with studies & gf atm , but he sometimes found the time to play starcraft 2 with me, so we'll see.

ETQW wasn't even too tragic in the end (in terms of the public play). Just the vehicles I disliked.

idd, could have been a decent game...

there was by far too much involved with the placeable turrets and shit. (i noticed brink has something like this) it really just isnt required, and makes it boring and annoying.

It just ruins the whole pace of the games involved, The only game ive ever seen it work (to a certain extent) is cod. and even then, its pretty much pub only.

haha that's terribly bad :D

what's also bad is that I got the game yesterday (some shops here broke the release date) but I can't play the game yet because Steam says it's not available in The Netherlands (yet)... Damn you digital distribution!

I'm also going away on friday, luckily just for the weekend.
