NVIDIA control panel settings

Since i got my PC finally fixed, i was wondering if there are any useful NVIDIA settings for ET , because somehow my fps seem to be worse than before and i cant remember my old settings.

Set vertical sync force off. Rest leave it just it is. Get my config for low graphics. Profit.
