DVD-reader problem

My DVD-reader Samsung SH-S223F version Sb00 doesn't read any DVD's anymore
I had the problem 2 days ago, I updated the firmware downloaden from the Samsung site, today I insert the DVD again and didn't read it again, I try'd to update the firmware again, but without succes...

somebody know what I can do ?
