brink and steam

i downloaded brink skidrow and installed
then i wanted to start it with steam (i got original cdkey) and activated it
but then when i wanna start , steam wants to download it again

some1 can help? :S

just do it, steam provides great speeds and u will be sure there are no corrupted files

the corrupt file (atleast in my copy of the Skidrow) error that it throws up when installing can be ignored, plays fine so far for me

and u can even dl the corrupted files from the internet ( a file for directX, about 64bits 8) )

i know it can be ignored but maybe there is some cracked file which will fire back later

steam is fucking shit i have oryginal steam and acount and dont use it like moar than 8 months
