Damn, i am really tempted meanwhile...

First i thought Brink won't be good and i won't be tempted to buy it in any way...
But now I saw there is alot of activity in the ESL already @ Brink section, seems like many CoD players giving it a try.

Also old ET:QW mates like asmo, aFa, HeaDi, duke_ etc telling me to give it a try...

And then my old "best inet mate" Baden-Württemberg

juICE came up with the idea yesterday to buy it and do a team... now i am really tempted... but daily practice on evenings etc would so fuck up my rl again T_T

it's not that great but thats my impression from playing public only, I dislike the aiming in this game. you can give it a try but dont need to play daily LoL

i was talkin about ql which was the last thing i was playing but after seeing brinks aiming , weapondmg spread and recoil iam sure that the invidual skill doesnt matter alot.

Well worth every penny I spent on it. Clocked up 28 hours gaming on it so far and I am sure another 100 before the promod is released!

I like the game as such but somehow I feel the aiming is very very strange and just bad. very laggy aiming in my opinion

Level 20, I use the Kroos with barely any attachments. Don't use many perks either.

Its playable at the moment, but the game really needs a promod of sorts - once you have a team of level 15+ with self revives and stuff its competitively broken. But the game is good and as long as someone smart picks up said promod there should be a bright future in store =)

also, devs need to make some changes to help improve peoples FPS in general - picmip 5 needed!

Brink has a selection of cod4 players, quake players, team fortress 2 players, et players. A lot moved over to it. Its a great game just gets slated by retards. Give it a go for £25.00 you cant go wrong!

Wolfenstein was actually broken though, you cant for a second relate it to that game - it was unfinished.

Brink has some issues, like all games, but it is very playable public game and 5on5's are played a lot - just needs a promod for tweaking. It's similair to ETQW in some aspects but no vehicles some faster movement and the class system is nice.

They have already said patches are coming (there has been a very small one to fix some problems already) and SDK is on the way.

Get it. Seriously. It's basically unpatched, it has bugs, and it's occasionally frustrating with the objectives.. But honestly it's a really fun game when playing with other people (publics/5on5s/challenges/whatever). It's currently not ready for compettition in my eyes, but I don't know if that's what you are interested in anyway

TLDR: Buy if want some fun, Wait if you want to prac hard go pro.
