Well london is such a vast city theres plenty for everyone. You can always get some tourist book or whatever, so i'll just give you a few tips.

If you're going for a few days get an oyster card for the underground (trains), buses, it costs nothing to get and you pay a lot less than just cash.

Some of the places to shop/eat in the knightsbridge/kensington/chelsea area are just ridiculously expensive, you don't have to pay the earth to eat well.

Most museums are free to get in but sometimes you need to pay to get into certain exhibitions.

Most bars/clubs will ask for ID if you look under 21 (drinking age is 18 for all drinks), be prepared to be turned away if you don't have valid ID.

Newspapers: London Lite and The London Paper are free, Evening Standard is 50p (about 0.8euros), all same in terms of quality for what you get imo.

Tips are 10%

(Don't jump the tube barriers :p -> bad joke)
lol at the barriers :P they shud make a tv show, jump the barriers and see how far you can get :P

Visit ?Dr Wo? (I can't remember the name anymore) but it's near British Museum and Traffalgar Square. You can eat there as much food as you want adfter paying few pounds:)
I enjoyed my stay at the Starbucks near the leicester square (I believe) :D! London eye didnt impress me too much, its a nice view but gets boring and you have to wait in line for a long time.

The london dungeon is really nice as well :).
been to that one ^^ did you sit near the window?

Ye, it's fun observing people. There was this guy who was like typing on his laptop and he kept falling a sleep for 10 minutes and then he would wake up start typing for 5 minutes again and then fall a sleep :D!

Well I spend about 3 weeks in London this summer so I can give you some advice: London Eye sucks really, after that 30 minuts ride (they say it's 1 hour) you will be just bored of looking around. My personal best is Oxford Street and Surbiton. Surbiton is in 6th zone, outside London (Surrey). It small place, with lots of pubs (cheapr beer!) and cinemas so you can spend there really unforgetable night! Anyway have fun I hope you will enjoy your staying so much as I did.
visit random cheater from London and cut his fingers
