CPU is to low.
RAM is oké.
i agree upgrading to windows 7.

Try the canyourunit tool.
+ theire are coming FPS patches to the PC version

exacly equall to mine one man... i got rly shit fps like 15 then i rolled back the drivers to version 195 and now i get 25 lool... impossible to play dude
