Anyone knows a good Co-Op FPS game where you can play the story mode together on lan?

This sounds like you disapprove of Portal 2, which is the reason I won't tell you Left 4 Dead is a nice LAN experience.

Having both Flashpoint and Rainbow Six on my pc but Flashpoint is really boring and Rainbow Six is always killing my gfxcard for some reason

But make sure you don't do too many sidequests, you will be overleveled for the main quest and it will be too easy.

Played it through twice before I got abit bored with it, but the dlcs add fun new content if you finished the main game.
