some official going on, server crashed alredy once and they saying that with new patch there has been lots of crashes, cool game?

You can spec propely (if you mean free moving in spec) But If im correct you need to have it set in the server config to allow it. (basically its server sided) Unless its been removed But thebrink.tv have used free spec before
