Looking for the name of a particular song

I know these details are very vague....but here it goes.
It sounds a bit like Where is my mind by the pixies.
It starts with one guy singing with drums in the background, half the way through the song he says something like, "its coming from the nation", then the guitar kicks in with a simply cord dun dun. Maybe something like it's coming from the nation dun dun dun , lets start a revelation dun dun dun, then he repeats with slightly altered words. Looking for this for over a year now. It could be an indie band like Arcade fire, Bell X1, fratellis.
