Who of you owns a mediaplayer to stream series / movies to their TV?

I need one to fetch media from my linux server and stream it to my TV. I don't really need a HD. Was thinking about buying a AC Ryan Playon! HD Mini2. Anyone has it?

just get a tv that can stream from your network, no need to spend money to a useless mediastation like that. If you want something like that next to your tv. Take a good pc with good gfx-card so you can stream your games too like i do...

Just get an external hdd, much cheaper. Even if u don't want it, just stating a fact. (IF your tv has a usb plugin)

I've actually got 2 external HD's and they're not that easy to use. Especially because I got a server which automatically downloads my series.

Since I don't want to copy/paste the entire time and don't feel like running around with my HD all the time, a mediaplayer would be perfect because it can fetch the data on my server and stream it directly to my TV :o)
