64 bit flash player

How do you get the adobe flash player to work on a 64 bit browser? I found some solutions on the internet but they don't work.

Theres only a preview 64 bit one avi:

Otherwise it's 32 bit

yeah I found that one already, but when I install it nothing changes + the plugin is nowhere to be found (in the plugin list )
