Cable sleeve?

Im thinking about buying a new computer and think about sleeving the cables in it.

Anyone has experience with it?
How many meters do I need?

Its hard to find a proper webshop, most ask 8 euro for shipping (dutch webshops)

ps. im not looking for some eyecandy uv sleeves, just black or white

braided? Most power supplies come pre-braided.. not really worth the effort of doin it dif colours
