Have you ever played CSManager ?
It's a browser manager game, where you're the manager of a Counter-Strike team.
You can buy, train and sell players. You can hire staff like trainers, PR-Mangaers and so on.
There's 2 map(dust2 and aztec) where you have to create your very own special tactics.
Leagues, Tournaments, ladders cups and many more more places to play.

ye played it for some time.. was in liga 1.x but then its just about who has more money and more experience with tactics.. so basically who plays longer already (oh and luck) :S
