get airconditioning or use fans to make a nice airflow from one window to another, circulating the hot air out for new air in

on the other hand dont make yourself actually sitting in the airflow cause then you will probably catch a cold or get sick due to to temperature shifting and your body not able to adept to it as outside is warm and in your room too cold

open window in the morning and close it in daytime. Turn subwoofer on :D

I have a huge ceiling fan and airconditioning, that i dont even turn on.
