yes, but only with my basketball team, 2 times on a week, because im only 14 years old :d
Dont go every day for love of god!

Go 3 times in a week or 4, do some moves and in another day do same moves but opposide.

Muscles grow in rest not in 24/7 training.

If you want buy some protein then do, but if you will have regular gym then your appetite will grow and you will eat more.
yes, 3-4 times a week. mostly exercises with barbell

building - 2-3 x per week st the start then 4-5 (rest is important)
*pyramiid super sets :)

*all free weights and some roids (deca for build and winstrol for tone)

just got free gym membership with my college so now about 2-3 times a week :-))
2 times a week at college gym

creatin isn't necessary before you start really pumping some heavy iron

protein's fine, but i don't use any
4-5 a week since 2000 ~ with some pauses ( cause of school,job + no motivation & nerding )
The better question is: "If yes, why?"

I was referring to his question about using creatin. His question was: "If no, why?".

Years ago I went to the gym several times a week (besides jogging). I don't see the use of creatin. Especially when you don't give your muscles any time to regenerate and build up mass (see Quiki's reply).
Btw, I came back from jogging half-an-hour ago ;P

I work in a factory so that's my lifting.

3 times a week at my gym [monday, wednesday 'n' friday]
4 times a week im playin' basketball [tuesday, wednesday, thrusday, saturday]

and I was eatin' protein, but I stopped it [why? because i think i dont need it, I can go to be stronger only by myself]. anyway if u wanna be bigger and stronger [asap] u have to eat protein, creatine and carbohydrate but im not specialist so u should read pr0 magazines and internet.

been going to gym for about 2 years now about 6 months for serious building and yes i've been using creatin for quiet some time but i quit with it because it dosen't really work that much couse i learned alot by what do you eat and stuff so i get the protein i need so i build alot more muscles now then before and i go to gym around 5-6 times a week now i'm deffing alot so i'm mostly running and eating alot of rise and stuff so i will lose some weigt and gain alot more muscles but soon i'm back to serious work out again

Yea, i stopped recently but mostly i went 3 times a week and never used creatine, just somethimes a sport shake after training.
I want to go to gym, but it costs 30 € for 10-time pass (or whatever it is called in english) and I don't have that "much" money to just spend it on gym.

1-2 times per week, i am doing it just for feeling, that i am not so lazy as i think :P
i got some kinda station here at home, so i do it after i get home of work every day, and about creatin.. the friend of my sister said to me i should try it, but well i am kinda scared of it, dont know anything about that stuff.
3 times a week goes to gym 3 times play volleyball
play 5 times a week hockey. 7 days a week workout during the night with my own personal weights :-p.
2-4 times per week, depending on motivation. Doing Crossfit training mostly.
