London holliday

Hi there !

I'm considering taking my gf to London for 2 days since she likes England very much. I figured we'ld go by Eurostar. Now I still need a bed&breakfast in London from 5th february untill the 7th february. Do you guys have any suggestions? What places should we certainly visit?

London is overated and quite pricey [depends if you're rich and where you go]
It has plenty of 'attractions' though and a huge Forbidden planet in Camden area. It's a big place to go, I usually end up staying in the Marriot or Hilton, but I dunno if that's what you call 'Bed and Breakfast' :P

Make sure you distinguish the blue collars from the white collars.. England is a democratic country!!!

Is it true that f.e. construction workers are often rejected in more 'fancy' buildings?

I've been 3 days to London and back from wednesday night. Go to the city centre near Picadally square or smthg or near Fleet and Oxford street. Nice christmas sphere, toy stores and other shops, harrod's is also very nice

Funny thing was that our bed & breakfast was included in the price (130 £ for awfull room but ok its cheap:) ) but than u get bread as breakfast and the rest u have to pay yourself ( ok is not in all hotels ofc i know :pp)

make sure u get a 1-day metro ticket; its only 5 pounds and very usefull
