v-server help needed

I plan on getting a v-server and need someone who can either help me out when i have questions about how to setup ISPConfig, OpenVPN, sBNC, MySQL, php and all that stuff i need for webhosting OR can do all the work himself (while i play around on a Virtual Machine with CentOS to learn everything :P).

Can offer:
VPN with unlimited traffic and nice speed
IRC-Bouncer
Webspace (unlimited traffic - lots of space)
Or maybe even some money

Would prefer someone who wants webspace/bnc/vpn and could be like a whole saturday/sunday on irc to help me out while i try to setup/configure the v-server :P . Or is watching via Teamviewer if i do everything correct :o

I also have no idea if i need a firewall on it or some other things for security?

All i get on my v-server is CentOS with root/vnc access.. i need a complete cpnale for webspace/domains/subdomains/mail/mail forwarder/.... + working with my domain , i need php/mysql and mail working on it (also mail forwarding). OpenVPN,sBNC, and maybe some other minor things.

@edit: could also get the v-server with smth else than CentOS (e.g. ubuntu)
