Hide icon on the taskbar

I installed netlimiter 2 pro on the 2nd computer ( always downloading & shit :D )
so now i need to hide the netlimiter icon on the taskbar
OS is windows XP and I already tried the "easy" way:

(control pannel, taskbar properties, always hide that icon)
but u just need to click on the taskbar arrow to see the netlimter icon 8(
