Need Suggestion on program!

Hello, so yesterday i tried recording with fraps and it was lagging like crap. so now im asking for any other good capturing program that i can use.

just record with cl_avidemo n stuff and than use virtual dub.

yea i heard about that but my bro said it takes about 30 mins to make a few seconds clip. that true? :/

not if ure used to making it like this, might take a bit if u want sound and stuff, but normal cl avidemo and virt dub, doesnt take long!
