I cut around 20-25kg overall (don't know what my weight was at peak) and that was really difficult... that said, I'm planning to cut another 10kg when I'm mentally ready for it

if i had one tip for anyone wanting to lose weight, it's to not bother at all unless you're 110% committed, otherwise you just stop, start again 6 months later, stop, start again 10 months later, and then achieve nothing
after a while, you look back at your lack of success and start to feel kind of helpless about weight loss, and subsequently never bother
i think unless you're really motivated to lose weight, it's not worth bothering because it's more mental strain than most are capable of handling, and the right mindset is imperative
try lifting weights (compound exercises) rather than doing cardio, it will affect your metabolism differently
if you figure out your basal metabolic rate, find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight, eat 500 less a day, and you'll watch the weight drop!
figure it out and you're pretty much on the right path, absolutely no need for any 110% bullshit
- 45 kgs in 2 years with just stopping beeing a complete idiot

it's kinda the other way round for me btw... i had like 72kg or something @ that picture... now 84kg :(
now my morning weight is like 84kg.
at thursday we have the weight in and after that I will eat a lot for couple of days and start going to gym again. :p
