CoD4 Download?

Okay so I just found a CoD4 key, but don't have my CoD4 CD.

How can I download the game? Apperantly I cannot download it from Steam because I already have a key?

Most of the links on google are either broken, virus or demo versions.

With Daemon tools you can open .ISO files it works like a CD/DVD or what ever.

I prefer to use PowerISO... it's a lot simpler. You could always just use Winrar to extract the files and install from a folder.

You will then need the patches... Gamershell is the best place to get them from.
