Recover lost data!

Hello!

I need a program to recover lost files and stuff. It's called recav or something like that, but it looks I can't find it. Could anyone please give a link about the program?

photorec is the best http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec

its a bit tricky to use at first but it gets back pretty much anything :p

be warned though that if you have a small (100 GB or less) HDD then its likely that your OS has re-written over the part of the HDD where the data was located so its totally lost. Big HDDs don't have the problem so much.

im currently using Paretologic. Its normally a paid service,
but i just googled for a crack, and it works godlike!
