help about usb devicez

we bought mouse & keyboard for my sister, when i pluge on every one of them it doesent work ( whatthefuck ) need help rly ! on monitor it says its pkuged on but dont work...one more thing..the optical red colour is working @ mouse !

z0mg first go into windows, and plug it in when u are in windows

ps2 needs to be plugged in on booting
