hosteurope any good?

I´m looking for a VPS provider and after alot of searching i came down to those:

giga-international (giga-hosting)
hosteurope
intovps

anyone can recommend them? I have webspace from giga-hinternational and they are great.. however, when having a bandwith above 10mbit/s for 5 days they limit the bandwith from 100mbit/s to 10mbit/s :S So i think hosteurope is a good deal (they have a 50mbit/s limit).

or do you have any better vps provider? should be ~10€ per month

@edit: also there is no IP or testfile from hosteurope :S they said the servers are in Köln (germany)

i have no idea what the differences between XEN and OpenVZ are except that XEN seems to be cheaper :o

mhh its less RAM & weaker CPU but therfor more disc space & cheaper.. i think it would be fine too :) Also VPN will be possible on their v-servers. Will contact them for testfile & if there is any bandwith limit. thanks

btw are you having a v-server there ? or why do you recommend them?

@edit: okay from what i read XEN would be better.. and its cheaper too :o .. so the provider looks nice. Only thing i dont like: there is no PLESk / cPanel or smth like that. I would have to install IPSConfig manually ?

Just learn how to configure your server without control panels. Things like Plesk are hungry and will steal you a lot of resources.

Mhh i´m also thinking about re-selling webspace/vpn´s/bouncers/... so a control panel for customers would be usefull. also it makes configuring and managing subdomains/users/mails/domains/... way easier?

I had a v-server there for some time (change to a a root now). But their service was good and I never had real roblems with the server.
Last time they had plesk. you haad to choose the os and some templates contained a preconfigured plesk /cpanel. Dunno if they changed that.

its a bit expensive when compared to others? :S
