ok i can get 125 fps but after 3 seconds of constant 125 it goes all unstable like 50 60 then after another 2 seconds or smth it's back to 125, and it repeats the process, any ideas why ? =[

eat carrots its better for your eyes = higher fps
I got the whole time 60 fps so dont whine! :P
I get that too .. sometimes it even happens when I'm looking at an entirely black "allied/axis team is locked from spectators" screen. wtf?
I think it has to do with the server your on. When the server gets lags, you get fps lag as well.
vsync / r_swapinterval enabled?
your enemy is taking pb screenshots about you, dont be so suspicious.
