His own fault, just luckily he didn't injure any more innocent lives in the process, his mate was obviously aware Ryan had more than enough to drink before getting behind the wheel so why did he risk it?
surely it's a sad thing for his family and friends, but gets no sympathy for his stupidity here.

Won't bother saying anything else about the case now, don't really care about it, just don't like people saying how much of a legend and influential blah blah he was. Oh well :-)
+ Influential sounds exaggerated indeed, but I understand that many ppl are shocked as one could get to know him to some degree throughout the last 10 years, at least better than normal actors..
